Hotel Lucia is the main, time-honoured part of the resort. It is home to Reception, public areas on the first floor (breakfast room/restaurant and bar) and a stunning terrace with a spectacular, panoramic view.
The rooms are located on two floors and can be reached by lift. The classic decor features solid-wood furnishings. Special care and attention has been lavished on the bathrooms, which have been fully renovated.

Villa Gelsomino is a very recently constructed apartment complex – adjacent and connected to the original Hotel Lucia building – featuring modern furnishings and offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Casa Girasole is a typical rustic-style country villa, housed in a recently renovated barn, and is located near the swimming pool.
The units comprise ten standard bedrooms located across three storeys, and come with or without lake view. These practical rooms, with their compact dimensions, are perfect for two people. During the renovation, a great deal of attention was paid in particular to the bathrooms.
